Customer Perception and Its Influence on the Financial Performance in the Ecuadorian Banking Environment

This study examines the relationship between customer perception and financial corporate performance in Ecuadorian banking environment. A self-designed online questionnaire was carried out to gather information regarding factors (tangibility, trust service guarantee, empathy, satisfaction, loyalty), while data of banks were attained from their annual indicator reports (financial efficiency liquidity). total 243 questionnaires recollected 219 considered as final valid data. SPSS 26 utilized for analyses. Structural equation modeling used test hypotheses. Our findings revealed that has a positive significant (at least at 5% level) impact on banks. Similarly, loyalty is influenced by tangibility, satisfaction. Study results are mostly consistent with environment other countries, especially Nigeria, Scandinavian nations.
